3BBL Brewhouse System
Stainless steel sanitary pipes and fittings；

- Mash and Lauter Tun
Type 304 stainless steel, Steam Dimple Jacket;
Thickness of Tanks: 3mm for interior shell;Heat Insulation: Rockwool with Thickness range from 80mm to 100mm;
The outer covering: brushed and polished surface of Type 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 2mm.
Effective volume: 3BBL Full volume: 4BBL
Belong to Atmospheric Pressure Vessel
360 degree of rotating tank washing nozzle, CIP rotating cleaning nozzle；
Ø300 Full Sight Glass Manhole cover on the upper side, with inner lighting；
Grain removal holes on the side of the tun, stainless-steel grade at the bottom of the tun, the motor reversely moves to take out the distiller's grains from the bottom of the tun；
Annular shape spray pattern to clean the tun from the top;
Related Inlet and outlet pipe fittings and valves with Type 304;
Thermistor temperature sensor interface on the side of the tun.
- Kettle and whirlpool tun：
Type 304 stainless steel;
Steam Dimple Jacket (Options for: electronic heating or gas heating);
Double-deck tank to preserve heat;
Thickness of Tank: 3mm for interior shell

The out cladding: brushed and polished surface of Type 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 2mm.
