7BBL Fermentation Vessels
Stainless steel sanitary pipes and fittings；
Simple knob and button electrical control operation；
Temperature visual electronic instrument；
The pump frequency control can be controlled.
- Technical Description of Fermentation tank：
The main material is SUS304 sanitary stainless steel;
Effective volume: 7BBL, Full volume: 8.7BBL;
The bottom is 60 degree tapered so as to discharge yeast easily; 100% TIG welding; cleaning and polishing;
Design Pressure: 0.2MPa Test Pressure: 0.4MPa;
4 x heavy-duty stainless-steel scaffold with adjustable height and horizontal support;
Thickness of Tank: 3mm for interior shell;
Heat Insulation: Polyurethane Foaming Insulation, with the thickness ranges from 80mm to 100mm;
Thickness of out cladding: 2mm;
Internal and external surfaces shall be clean and polished, and internal surface shall be 2B base metal to 0.4um;
According to the specification of tank types, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joint would be equipped;
Equipped with vacuum valve / pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, sampling valve, lifting lug, side or top maintenance manhole, all-round equipment cleaning CIP nozzle with 360 degree;
Equipped with the double inlet and double outlet glycol cooling pipe;
Coolant Jacket: Welded Honeycomb Maitre Sandwich Plate;
Equipped with rotary inlet and outlet feeder ports with valves and accessories;
Equipped with Hop Dosing port with Clamp type in company standard;
Equipped with Electronic thermometer sensing interface;
CO2 charging device (according to customer requirements).
