This product is divided into the upper, the middle, and the lower tiers, and part of the material can be delivered by gravity.
The structure points are as follows:
1. The hot water tank, 3KW electric heating, automatic temperature control, visual level devices.
2. Saccharification tank: insulation layer, tun-out type inner filter tank, average sparging devices.
3. Boiling tank: Gas heating, swirl devices, liquid level gauge.
4. Cooler: stainless steel coil type.
5. Fermenters: 60° conical bottom, with pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, pressure preparation quick coupler, thermometers.
This device is consist of hot water tank, saccharification filter tank, boiling precipitation tank, 30W wort pump, cooling coil, electric control box, brackets, fermenter and other components. It is a special beer brewing equipment.
1.Hot water tank stores the water that needed in the brewing process, it uses electric heating with controllable temperature. The total volume is 80L.
（1）The outer wall of the tank is equipped with a 300mm long simple liquidometer, in order for easy reading, there are glued a stainless steel ruler with two scales (gal and L) corresponding to the transparent hose, and the transparent hose is made from using food-grade materials.
（2）The bottom of the hot water tank is a 170 ° cone, there is a 1 inch outfall in the middle of the cone bottom, which is connected with 3/4 inch ball valves and hose fittings.
（3）The tank is equipped with a 3000W electric heater, the connector lugs of the heater penetrate the middle stent, tapped into the electronic control box, and implement on-off control.
（4）There is a Ø8 temperature probe at the bottom of the tank, the temperature can be semi-automatically controlled by setting a desirable temperature through the temperature control device that installed in the electrical control box.
2.The saccharification filter tank includes the filter tank and the insulation, the total volume is 74L.
（1）The bottom of the filter tank is welded with a 3mm thick circular sieve tray, and the sieve tray cut 1mm wide square holes, the wort and the beer’s spent grains will be separated through this structure after saccharification. The outside of the cylindrical tank is welded a round of Ø5 round steel to increase the strength. And two handles are welded in the inside,one of their function is for easy pick up, and the other is as the average plate brackets.
（2）The average plate is a 27mm height disc, with Ø3mm punching holes at the bottom, the water needed in the brewing process will be evenly spread through this plate.
（3）There are 8mm rock wool insulate the body and bottom of the insulation tank, the bottom of which is also a 170° cone. There is a 1 inch outfall in the bottom of the cone, connected with 1 inch clamp, 3/4 inch ball valve, pipeline sight glass, and hose coupler.
3.One side of the bottom of the boiling precipitate tank inclines about 3 °, the tank bottom is welded with a round of 80mm height skirt, with Ø22 ventilation holes in it. There are 10 fire plate heat at the bottom, using either generic or liquefied natural gas as fuel. The total volume is 80L.
4.Three-legged stand, the middle column and the three landing legs adopt 2-inch 304 stainless steel tubes, with three casters. Both sides of each tank are welded with 1 inch stainless steel support tubes, and the two legs corresponding to the boiling precipitation tank are connected with 2 inch and 1 inch screwed nipples respectively, which is easy for disassembly and transportation.
The wort pump and the electric control box are all installed in the long leg that corresponding to the hot water tank, as well as the joint valve of the heating system.
5.Fermenter, the total volume is 62L, and the effective volume is 50L. The bottom of the tank is a 60 ° cone, and the upper and lower rings are made form Ø25 stainless steel tubes. The thickness of the top torispherical head is 2mm, the Ø219 clamp blind plate opens a handspike on the head, and there are M14, G1 / 2, and G1 / 4 three threaded holes on the blind plate, which are respectively mounted with exhaust valve, intake valve, and pressure gauge. There are is a 1 inch mouth at the bottom of the tank, connected with 3/4 ball valve and joint. The middle of the bottom cone is a 1 inch yeast outlet, connected with 3/4 inch ball.
