In response to the needs of the Company’s growth, the original “Xiangshan Zonghuan Machinery Co., Ltd.” is renamed into “Ningbo Zonghuan Machinery Co., Ltd.” on May 04, 2016. All the contracts signed by the original “Xiangshan Zonghuan Machinery Co., Ltd.” continues to be valid. From the above date, all the Company's documents, data, invoices issued, account names and tax codes shall use the name of the new company. After the rename, the business subject and legal relations shall remain unchanged. We
