The company upholds the business philosophy of "people-oriented", creates the team strategy of "one team, one dream", strengthens the internal core cohesion and operational efficiency, and broadens the depth and breadth of the dream of "longitudinal ring dream". The dream of the enterprise is the key to the core competitiveness and the motive force of the development of the enterprise.
On March 25-26 this year, when the spring blossoms, in order to effectively release the employees' work pressure and strengthen the cooperation and emotional ties between various departments and employees, the company took some employees' families to Huzhou Longzhimeng, Taihu Ancient Town, Fisherman's Wharf, Bonsai Garden and other scenic spots for a two-day tour through Damuwan International Travel Service. In the process, there are close interactions with animals and leisurely walks in the garden in early spring. There are the excitement of Taihu speedboat speeding on the water surface, the comfort of shopping for special products, the warmth of helping each other, respecting the old and caring for the young, the satisfaction of eating delicious food in various restaurants, and the responsibility and love for the separated employees after drinking, all of which are fully reflected in this short pure trip.
This group trip, I have no intention of imitating others, working happily and living healthily on a whim. This is another beginning of reshaping the cultural construction of tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, unity and mission in the vertical ring, and another lead of the "dream of the vertical ring". The vision of "dream" is the driving force for us to move forward. The foundation and core of "dream" come from our employees, because we have dreams and our dreams are far away!
